"Accessible" toilet in medical centre

Overview
The building is accessible to wheelchair users. Lift to first floor. Nice staff. But the first floor "accessible" toilet is one of the worst I've used. It's always clean. But the design is dangerous - they have put grab rails in the wrong places so that there is a falls risk when you try to transfer - I have to concentrate hard to use this facility safely.
