Overview
Thames Clipper riverboats are a brilliant way to see London from the river, and they're fully accessible. They even have an accessible toilet onboard.

Access
All pontoons are step free and to get onto a boat you enter with everyone else on the ramp which bridges the gap between the pontoon and the boat. I've knocked off one star because this ramp is arch-shaped, with a steep curve which can be really hard to get up, and rather scary to go down. You may need assistance unless you have arms like Mr Universe or motors like a tractor's. Once you're on board there are small metal lips at the base of doorways, which are not big enough to cause a serious problem, but you need to be aware of them.
Toilets
Brilliant toilets, easily accessible.
Staff
The staff are lovely, seem very disability-aware, and a joy to interact with. I'm not surprised they're so cheerful - what a dream job they have!
