Overview

The library provides the public with a wide variety of services including a large selection of books including fiction, non- fiction, children's books and audio books, computer classes and free internet access. Books can also be available at special request. There is a medium sized study/ computer area in a quieter part of the library. The library is also wheelchair accessible. Staff in the library are very friendly and will assist you with any inquiries.

Transport & Parking

The nearest disabled parking is approximately 10 meters from the library at the leisure centre. There is also roadside parking outside the main entrance. Buses run frequently outside the leisure centre only meters from the library.

Access

The library is accessible by ramp at the main entrance w/o steps. There are handrails at the entrance and through the hall way. There library is on one floor so there are no elevators needed.

A toilet is available by request from staff. It is clean with a handrail

Staff

All staff members are very helpful. Any request I had was answered with a very friendly tone and the library had an overall calming and friendly atmosphere.

Bases on the demand and size of the town, the library could be a little larger with more tables and study area.
