Overview

Unfortunately the emergency pull cord was deliberately tied up to the hand rail again. This is the 3rd time this has been like this and the 3rd time I’ve reported it to the management. The toilet on the other hand was clean but inconveniently located through two sets of heavy doors in a narrow corridor.

Transport & Parking

Easy access from the Eastern road with two disable parking spaces opposite the entrance to the main building. These have a good amount of space around them both. I have rarely encountered a time when both spaces are occupied.

Access

Ramps and automatic or open doors make access to the main building easy.

Toilets

Access to the one disabled toilet is through two sets of fairly heavy doors in a small corridor. It is all one level.

Staff

Staff are always friendly but have dropped a star or two for not monitoring the emergency cord in the disabled toilet despite previous reports & reminders.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Hand gel at entrance and staff usher you to socially distanced seating. Perspex screens used across desks. Precautions not currently strictly adhered to at the time of visit (Nov 2022)
