A big store with lots of choice

Overview
I visited the store to look at furniture, to check out the clothes and buy something for tea. It was great to be able to roll into the shop without any barriers. Everything was within view from a wheelchair perspective, the staff helpful, and the environment friendly.
Transport & Parking
Parking was available just outside the door in dedicated blue badge bays. There's also a handy bus stop by the main entrance to the centre. The tram service also has a stop at the Gyle but it is some distance away from the store.
Access
A well earned five out of five. Getting around was easy with plenty of room between the displays. Items within sight from my wheelchair and staff happy to lend a hand where needed. Level access into, around, and out of the store.
Toilets
There are several accessible toilets in the store. The one I visited was spotlessly clean, had plenty of grab rails and ample room to move around. Also, room for a carer / PA if required.
Staff
The level of service from the staff was great. I was offered assistance at several points throughout my visit. Staff on the checkouts were helpful and took their time.

A good shopping experience and a model for other stores.
