Overview
Great access, lowered shelf to pick up cakes and wide space in the cafe. Staff also very happy to help. Accessible loos found on the same floor in the store. There's also a large lift to take you to other floors of the store.

Lots of parking in the Eastgate shopping centre car park.
Access
All level access. Wide aisle in the cafe. Some of the tables are quite close together but can easily be moved and staff are happy to help.

Large accessible loo.

Free wifi available so I was able to sit and get on with some emails while I waited for a friend.
