Overview
We visited on a Saturday late afternoon and it was quite quiet. The whole store (clothing section, not food) was nice and spacious with plenty of room for me in my chair with my assistance dog next to me. The fitting rooms have an accessible one with rails, hangers and seats and again, plenty of space, even for my dog to undress me.
Transport & Parking
Large car park with plenty of blue badge spaces with hatchings between and behind. Parking is free. Level entry from car park into store.
Access
The ground floor was easily accessible. In the back corner is a lift, which is a good size and only has one door, which is easier with an assistance dog. Upstairs was a little narrow in places but still enough space to get around.
Toilets
There is an accessible toilet and it was big enough for me and my dog. However, when I arrived, it looked blocked. My husband cleaned it out for me but when I went, the paper wouldn't flush. The flush is very weak. This means it will rarely look clean. The sink was clean and a decent size, with plenty of soap and a reasonable hand dryer.
Staff
Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.
