Overview
Large Marks and Spencer store with clothing, food, homeware and a cafe.
Transport & Parking
There is lots of parking at Fort Kinnaird, although it can get very busy. There are designed accessible spaces near shop entrances. There are bus stops at Fort Kinnaird, Lothian 30, 49, 106 and 400 stop there. 108 and 118 Prentice Coaches also stop there.
Access
There is level access with automatic doors. Some of the aisles are narrower than others but it did seem fairly easy to navigate.
Toilets
The accessible toilet was a good size with a cord at the correct length. There is a bin in the transfer area but it is quite narrow against the wall. Another larger bin is next to it. I have not visited it but I did hear that there is a Changing Places toilet at Fort Kinnaird between Currys PC World and the Odeon.
Staff
Staff were all helpful and chatty. They were wearing masks and helping direct people and monitor numbers at the entrance and exit.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
There is a queuing system outside as they are limiting the numbers inside at any one time. You need to enter through the clothes shop entrance and exit through the food court, but they are both level with automatic doors. There is a large hand sanitiser inside but it is a little high. There are screens in front of the tills and marking on the floor.
