Overview

Before the onset of blindness, I would go with the cheapest Carrier available whenever I was flying, for no other reasons other than getting older, wanting a bit more comfort and better service p, we now travel KLM. From Manchester and other airports we have used KLM access on and off the plane is easy with no steps. The allowance in board is hassle free and your not an additional sardine in the can. The staff, brilliant, could not be more helpful and supportive.

Transport & Parking

Edinburgh by train............Manchester Airport, no problems there and back.

Access

From the Airport to the departure gate no issues with KLM, all causeway, no steps, no cramming you on to a bus that only goes about 20m and takes ages.

Toilets

Did not use.

Staff

KLM, my fifth trip with them, can’t fault them with this one being the longest flight time.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Whilst I know lots of people will want to and travel with other more economical airlines on Euan’s Guide, I have never had an issue with KLM, but had so previously with Easy Het, Wizz Air, BMI and Ryanair. Personal experience I would recommend KLM.
