Access isn't good!

Overview
I'm a manual wheelchair user and struggled to navigate the whole venue. The floor is uneven, seating is benches, and walkways are narrow. I saw the owners dog run up to a service dog and try to bite them, it was a very narrow miss. Do not bring your service dog here!
Transport & Parking
Took the train into Manchester Piccadilly as there is not much parking nearby. Was only 10 minutes from the station and I didn't have any issues, except all the pot holes on the pavement nearby.
Access
The floor is extremely uneven and covered in a green AstroTurf. The walkways between tables are quite narrow, I'd guess 60-70cm? The seating is benches so it's not easy to find a space as a wheelchair user. There are some even steps to additional seating, these have no handrail and are quite big.
Toilets
Did not look at the toilets, pretty sure the walkway to them was too narrow for my wheelchair.
Staff
Staff were very apologetic after the service dog incident, and helped open the front door for me.
