Overview

Situated at the northwest of Jersey in a quiet area. The hotel arranges transport to and from the Ferry port in St Helier, and the Airport. Staff are very helpful, and can arrange a carer. Ground floor rooms with hoists and roll in wet rooms are available. Commode/shower chairs are provided. One lady came with a pet dog. Care is provided for visual impairment.

Transport & Parking

These are very good. Some public toilets on the island will require a RADAR key. Tourists are offered a choice of places to visit and the buses/drivers are very good. Own vehicle parking can be a problem around St Helier.

Access

Clear indications were provided, and while no lift was provided a stairlift was available for partially mobile guests. Accesss around the site was ramped.

Toilets

All rooms we saw had en suite. Access to the toiled bowl for self catheterisation needed careful negotiation.

Staff

Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very good, and the food good. Those whose need special assistance/diet are catered for. Real disabled toilets on the Island may be difficult to locate. There is a goo one (No RADAR needed) in St Helier Market.
