Overview
Very friendly and helpful staff. We were allocated two rooms on the second floor close to the lift. My father’s room was fully accessible with a large lobby and walk-in shower. He was able to use his scooter to access the room and transfer onto his walking frame for moving around the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast is particularly good at this hotel with fresh ground coffee, a lovely buffet and choice of food cooked to order.

Lifts easily available from Stephenson Street and level access through the arcade to New Street.
