Overview

The shop is a favourite. Their stock is all natural products which smell gorgeous. They are also planet-friendly with recyclable packaging. There is plenty of space in the shop and incredibly helpful assistants. We called in as part of a shopping trip, and were able to get everything we needed.

Transport & Parking

We drove to Chester and parked in the Grosvenor Shopping Arcade multi storey. There is a lift down to shop level. Easy to walk through, then the Lush shop is quite close by. Turn right and there is only a small road to cross, which has dropped kerbs.

Access

There are two steps up to the shop. The first one is barely there, and the second has a grab rail, which helped me. But while I was working out how to get my walker in, a shop assistant offered to get the ramp. I wouldn't have thought to ask, so it is worth knowing. I didn't need the ramp, but shoppers with a wheelchair would. Shop all on one level and plenty of space, though I would avoid busy times.

Toilets

No toilets in the shop, but there are accessible toilets in Chester, in M&S and in Costa Coffee in the shopping arcade.

The staff there go the extra mile to help.
