Overview
Lundin Bowling Club, in partnership with the Homelands Trust, is offering coaching sessions for disabled people on Thursday afternoons starting on 26th May from 4pm till 5pm. A special bowls wheelchair is available if required. The clubhouse can be accessed via a ramp or by a second entrance with a 2.5 cm step. There is an accessible toilet in the clubhouse or another in the Paxton Centre next door at Homelands. Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience.
Transport & Parking
The car park is on Lundin Links Commin in the centre of the village. The surface is crushed stone, which can be bumpy. There is ramped access into the green from the car park.
Access
The green is accessible via a ramp. A special bowling wheelchaircis available if needed. Ferrules are provided for stick users to prevent damage to the grass. The clubhouse has a ramp at one entrance and a 2.5 cm step at the other.
Toilets
The toilet has a height adjustable toilet frame over the pan. If this is unsuitable, there is a spacious accessible toiket next door in the Paxton Centre at Homelands.
Staff
Club members are very welcomingvand extremely helpful.
