Overview
Lunderston bay footpath is a lovely countryside walk by the sea. Part of the path from the car park has recently been resurfaced to make it more accessible to everyone. The rest of the path is gravel and is passable in a wheelchair, however there are some sections with bad cambers which slope towards the beach. These are quite difficult to see and so would require assistance to pass.
Transport & Parking
The Lunderston Bay footpath is located accross the road from Cardwell garden centre on the road between Gourock and Greenock. There is a car park at the beginning of the footpath with disabled parking spaces available. The car park has quite a few unmarked speed bumps to be aware of especially for wheelchair users.
Access
The path is a lovely walk the only thing is that the gravel part of the path has some bad hidden cambers which veer towards the beach. I would recommend taking assistance for this part of the path.
Toilets
There are toilets on the site but I am not sure how accessible they are

Anything else you wish to tell us?
There is a play area for young children beside the footpath. This doesn’t have accessible play equipment.
