Overview
We waited at the wheelchair access door at the side of the restaurant for ages, pressing the bell. My friend went in and asked them to come and open the door which they at first said they couldn't. When she complained they eventually opened it but grudgingly. When we tried to order the coffee and cake their A-Board outside was advertising they tutted, rolled eyes and whipped the menus back from us. We were there to check it out for a wedding reception but left without even enquiring because if their terrible attitudes They clearly didn't want to offer any additional help like moving their badly positioned tables or opening the side door. Coffee and cake was not nice either. Didn't stay long enough to check toilets.
Transport & Parking
If you were determined to undergo humiliation and be treated with contempt you could get there easily enough and park in the next street, but trust me you don't want to
Access
They have a wheelchair accessible door but don't want to bother opening it. They had to move their tables to get a wheelchair in and complained about the hassle as if it were the wheelchair users fault.
Toilets
Staff
Terrible. Really bad attitude. Could not be bothered accomodating anyone with additional needs. Tutted, sighed, rolled eyes, slammed cutlery down, whipped menus out of our hands.
