Overview
A delicious and unique cafe with lots to offer if you like abit of quirkiness. Not friendly for those with a disability but staff are very helpful and nothing is too much for them.
Transport & Parking
The cafe situated in a popular location, within the city centre where there isn't disabled parking. However we chose to park not too far from the venue in the car park behind fenwick.
Access
For those with a wheelchair it can be difficult getting in the door but manageable as I witnessed on my visit the floor was level, no steps. However there were two more floors so do in advance to ensure there are free tables on the ground floor would be beneficial.
Toilets
There was no accessible loo which was very unfortunate for such a lovely cafe but I was kindly advised by one of the waitresses there was an accessible loo at marks and spencers which was just next door.
Staff
Staff were all very friendly and happily positioned the table so I was able to sit comfortably. Nothing was ever too much just a shame it didn't have an accessible loo.
