Overview
As I am wheelchair bound and was with a novice Wheelchair carer, I could not have been more impressed with the welcome that we got . The young Lady who served us came to greet us at the door, we had booked in advance and as we were eating we were able to sit inside. My buddy and i had a Biscotti cheesecake with Ice Cream and a couple of coffees I had Lattes and he had cappuccino's. the food was amazing and the coffees were superb. The owner came out for a chat what a wonderful host. Service was outstanding and the venue was open plan Covid friendly with a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Good value for wonderful food and wheelchair friendly both inside and out. they have a Covid friendly alfresco option as well should that be more relaxing in these uncertain times for folks. first visit and I will be back cannot comment on the restaurant fair as we did not eat from the menu, but if the cheesecake is anything to go by and the restaurants Italian heritage then it will be meraviglioso.
Transport & Parking
We walked but there is a large car park right outside the restaurant.
Access
They have an option to Scan the menu onto your own phone, wide open space with well distanced tables and seating. you enter up a shallow ramp with a double door entrance, being in a wheelchair nothing worse than being forced through a single door. Alfresco option there if anyone eating requires it.
Toilets
toilets were easy access on the flat although I did not visit the disabled toilets myself, my friend used the gents and said it was spotless.
Staff
Very attentive, friendly although not overly so, everything that we needed was dealt with straight away.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Hand gel on entry and exit, contactless payment, good distancing both inside and out between tables. I will be back as we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
