Overview

It was an enjoyable experience. The show was brilliant and it was a really nice venue. The temperature was well regulated and the acoustics were great. There was a minor technical difficulty and the microphone cut out however, they were loud and clear so it was still audible. The café became very crowded during the interval, an additional kiosk with hot drinks/hotdogs may have been useful to minimise the crowds. Support had to pay in addition as there was no reduced rate or 'support go free' policy.

Transport & Parking

There were parking facilities however it was extremely busy and there were not many spaces left. We had to park on the main road in which there may have not been enough room for a ramp to assemble from a vehicle.

Access

They had a ramp and stairs into the building. Everything was accessible on one level apart from the raised seating area. There were however a lot of spaces for wheelchair users to sit closer to the front.

Toilets

There was a basic 'disabled toilet' in which was also a baby changing unit.

Staff

They were friendly enough but they weren't exceptionally helpful.
