Overview
Although the access to the Underground (H&C) has improved in the last few years, bus access is still VERY difficult. While Crossrail is under construction diverted bus routes have made things worse. Roadworks change stopping points and even armed with TfL's information, distances between bus and platform can be ridiculously long. The entry area from Praed St. is none too pleasant either. It seems that the multi-billion pound Great Western upgrade will cater for crested newts but not help this situation. Clearly a case for Network Rail and TfL to get together. What must foreign tourists think?

Staff
As is usually the case, the staff work hard to minimise problems not of their own making.
