Overview
We arrived by train, getting off the train was easy (staff and ramps are available). The wider gate was opened for us at the platform exit and the biggest hazard was crossing the concourse at right angles to the tide of commuters! The lift to ground level is tucked away to the left of the Underground entrance (as you face it). Once on ground level, there are no signs pointing you towards the ramp required to get down to pavement level - you have to walk towards 2pm on the clock to find the start of the ramp down. A sign would be useful here.
Transport & Parking
Taxi entrance is easiest from the bays adjacent to platform 10.

Toilets
Staff
Staff were quietly helpful and did not make an issue of it.
