I don’t know whether or not there was an accessible toilet.

Staff

Staff on the ride were all fantastic and helpful however the lady in the ticket office was a different story. I asked for a carers ticket and she asked if I had proof my daughter is disabled so I promptly pointed out the wheelchair she sits in. I was asked if I had any documentation to prove disability and I got slightly annoyed. It was only when I suggested she call the manager so we could check if my daughter was disabled together that she resigned to giving me the ticket. Thankfully the staff dealing with boarding the ride were fantastic.
