Overview
It's a great tourist attraction and it doesn't matter if you go off-peak or whenever, it is chocker-block with people. No offence, but the majority are foreigners and they do not have the same spacial awareness of wheelchairs and scooters and I had to use all my skills to negotiate the crowds. The staff will take care of you, best to book your tickets and plan ahead so they can escort you aboard. A ramp is brought out to board and the wheel stopped temporarily. There's plenty of room inside, providing the maximum number of 28 passengers is not boarded with you. You can watch my exploits on my youtube channel.
Transport & Parking
There isn't any specific for the venue
Access
Access is great. Ramps everywhere. The staff will escort you through, so I got almost priority boarding.
Toilets
I didn't use one, and did not see one although I expect there is one somewhere.
Staff
Staff are trained to be extremely helpful, and they talk "to" you which is always preferable.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
It is a tourist attraction and therefore ticket prices appear steep. On the 3 occasions I have visited this attraction over the years I have been happy with the level of service compared to ticket cost, especially the last time when I had a journalist free ticket and a private capsule (although if you watch the vlog you'll see this wasn't quite true).
