Most areas are accessible but it just falls short on the small details.

Transport & Parking

A disabled bay just down from the main entrance. It is a little steep to get from the space to the entrance with luggage though.

Access

The front door requires someone's assistance to open and even then it is quite narrow without having both doors open. There is ramp access to the restaurant and bar but again the ramps are quite steep.

Toilets

The toilet in our room was accessible but the shower was a standard over bath shower with 1 grab rail. You would expect better for an accessible room.

Staff

Staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant throughout our stay.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

The room had a fantastic view and each room has a sauna. Unfortunately the sauna was not accessible at all and a lot of assistance was needed to use the balcony. It wouldn't have taken much more to make the room fully accessible but it was still a great stay and highly recommended.
