Overview
Brilliant venue, staff, loos everything to make your night a night to remember.
Transport & Parking
Car park available with wide disabled bays. There are also some on street disabled bays.
Access
Access everywhere in the theatre. Since recent refurb it is brilliant. Seating at different areas in theatre too so you can be on row A if you want to be at the front (my husband is visually impaired as well as a wheelchair user) or in one of the boxes reserved for wheelchair users and their companions or further back in the stalls too. This means you can sit near your friends or family. Lifts go to all floors including the bars. Staff are good too.
Toilets
Plenty of loos since the refurb. Roomy, clean and unisex.
Staff
Brilliant and disabled awareness trained. Assistance dogs are allowed too. One time we needed to move seats during a show the staff were great and obliged even though the show was a sell out. They are on hand to help and always with a smile.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
If an artiste does meet and greet those in wheelchairs are encouraged to be at the front of the queue. We visit this theatre often and travel from Leeds. Its great with a great welcome each time.
