Overview
I liked how it was all level-access and there was plenty of room to get about. There were plenty of lifts and escalators for accessibility. I liked the fact that all of the shops were visible through clear glass, with wide doors and aisles. I was disappointed with the signage, as it wasn't very clear. The shopmoblity is shut on a Tuesday, so this is something to note if you are planning to visit the shopping centre and require this assistance. Also to note, you need to pay 30p to use the toilets- it is not clear if this is for accessible toilets as well. There is an accessible changing space on the site.
Transport & Parking
There is plenty of disabled parking with the multi-story Q-Park being accessible on all levels of the shopping centre. The transport links are amazing, as Liverpool Bus Station is right next to the shopping centre and there are two train stations within a 5-minute walk of the shopping centre.
Access
There is level access throughout the shopping centre and there are plenty of escalators, lifts and ramps to assist mobility. The walking spaces are very wide and accessible, and the shops have wide aisles.
