Spectrum Youth Theatre (online)
Autumn Term: 24 October – 12 December (with a sharing on 19 December)
Saturdays 2-3.30pm
Please note that this term the course will run online via Zoom.
Spectrum Youth Theatre is back for the Winter and we’re staying digital (for now)!
After the success of our first online Spectrum Youth Theatre, it’s back with a very special Winter edition!
Imagine having travelled all the way around the world, to try and find out what you’re meant to do, only to end up in the Arctic, freezing cold and with a firm “no” from your application to work at Santa’s workshop. Where to go next? This place is filled with snow and polar bears and penguins and walruses, nothing for an Elf here!
Smoking Apples return to lead a series of workshops exploring the Arctic. This will include a step by step puppet design and make and the group will work together to create a film all about this Arctic Adventure, featuring a number of newly created animal friends and of course, a very mischievous Elf. The film will be shared on Saturday 19 December.
Please note we will not be taking a break for half term. However, if you do need to miss a session over the half term holiday, don’t worry – we can catch you up easily.
