Overview
I found this place while searching online for somewhere to stop on our way to a break at a hotel in dunblane . I contacted the pub to check on access for a wheelchair user and to let them know about what foods I have to avoid due to my medication . They said access was just up a small step and that chef would be able to come up with something I would enjoy. And we could discuss on the day, I booked a table for the Sunday lunchtime. The step up is a few inches so it had to have help with my wheelchair but we managed. Once inside getting around was good but as it’s an old coaching house space a little narrow by the doorway to the bar. Hot I managed fine. The food we had was excellent they were able to change the veg I had with my Sunday roast. There was plenty of choice on the menu for all tastes. The staff we dealt with were great so helpful. We will be making a return visit when in the area next
Transport & Parking
They do have a car park but this was full when we visited on the Sunday so we ended up parking on the road outside the entrance.
Access
Apart from the step which is about 2 inches in height access was good the doorway to the bar was a little narrow but then it is an old coaching house. But I had no problem managing it in my wheelchair
Toilets
Unfortunately they don’t have an accessible toilet due to it being an old coaching house
Staff
The owners and staff were extremely helpful and meet all my needs . We will be revisiting when in the area.
