Overview
We visited the cafe and toilets and attended a North East Autism Society science group. The staff were friendly and welcoming and remembered my son's particular tastes ensuring that his experience was stressfree. Staff are always interested in what he has to say and actually listen rather than just playing lip service like other venues. Can't wait for the ice skating to be back!

Our bus stops just outside the museum which is perfect. Easy access from the shops also as sometimes we walk from the bus station.

Davy Jones is always wonderful with my son, as are the staff in the cafe and science labs.
