Overview
I visited with a group of deaf children and their families. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and went out of their way to help us feel welcome and to make everything accessible. Something of interest for all ages and interests and we all had a brilliant day. Thanks to all involved
Transport & Parking
Next to Newcastle train station and metro. Parking nearby. Not sure about disabled parking
Access
No steps at entrance and ramps/lifts available inside. The centre is actively working with local charities/organisations to improve access for people with disabilities
Toilets
Staff
All staff were keen to support the group and to make the visit accessible and enjoyable
