Overview

We visited Levels using the Welcome App it was a very busy lunchtime as it is near the University. However Tracey, the manager, knew we were coming and that we would need help with our tray. She came to the table and took our order and then brought it over for us so that I only had to go to the nearest till to pay. We were meeting a friend in a power chair and had enough room to include this in the comfy seat sitting area. The soup was absolutely delicious as was the bread and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Transport & Parking

The nearest station is Waverley and would need a short taxi ride. If you are able to walk down St. Marys St. there is a bench outside Pinnies and Poppyseeds. There is an NCP car park exactly opposite. I am not sure about a bus route

Access

There is a graded pathway up to the front door suitable for chairs and mobility aids and press button automatic doors

Toilets

This is large and has enough space for a carer it is easily accessible from the cafe. It was very busy the day we came so probably was very well used.

Staff

Tracey could not have been more helpful once we located her behind the counter, she knew we were coming and our requirements and set out to do everything possible to help us by taking our order, delivery our meal and seeing we could pay at the nearest till. It was great not having to stand in the long queue which is difficult.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

We would not have thought of going to Levels Without the Welcome App as we had thought it was only a student venue and it was a little out of our way. However the food was delicious and the the help we received since they knew our needs before we arrived means we would go back again using the App. Thanks Tracey. We would recommend it.
