Overview
Accessing for disabled is extremely easy, with lift support and ramps not being required, although frequency of disabled toilets in public section of centre is not very good and could be improved.
Transport & Parking
A majority of the parking lot is used and there are suitable locations near the entrance but could be better as the best parking areas for the disabled are reserved for school buses that only visit in the morning and afternoon
Access
There were lifts, but nothing really designed for deaf people, like loops, or anyone who BSL.
Toilets
The accessible toilets (majority in school section) were pretty good, clean and support bars for access.
Staff
People were cooperative with deafness, using notepads and pens for communication.
