Overview
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Flat even floor. Clean accessible toilet
Transport & Parking
I took a taxi with friends but it is very close to central and queen street stations and many popular bus routes. Another post mentioned there were disabled parking spaces outside but I didn’t notice.
Access
Door opens inward. Quite heavy but staff were quick to offer help. Large airy venue. Mixture of sofas and chairs.
Toilets
As soon as I started to look for the toilet, a member of staff came immediately and showed me to the accessible toilet and unlocked this for me (RADAR key) Toilets were very clean with sanitiser, soap and fast hand drying machines. Standard toilets were upstairs
Staff
Very friendly staff. Helpful and attentive but not overbearing.
