Overview

While not quite everything is accessible, they've done really well - the wheelchair accessible treetop walk is particularly wonderful.

Transport & Parking

Disabled parking spaces just outside the entrance. Not sure about public transport.

Access

I didn't see any alternative signage, braille etc but they've done a great job in terms of wheelchair access around the park.

Toilets

I can't actually remember but I tend to remember when they're bad so it must have been pretty good.

Staff

We didn't interact much with staff; they weren't unfriendly but not actively helpful either.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

The shops and cafe are a bit commercialised; lots of plastic toys and a queuing system that's a bit overwhelming, respectively (I'm not sure how eating at the cafe would have worked without a carer). Given how awesome the treetop work is I'd have expected things to be more sustainable in the shop and cafe, but apart from that it's a lovely experience for all ages and abilities.
