Parking is available in George Street in pay and display areas. Blue badge holders may be able to park closer. Accessible buses stop in Hanover Street.

Access to the store is from Hanover Street where there are steps or George Street where there is a ramp and automated doors. A lift is available to take people to the lower floor. There is space to easily move around and most goods are visible from wheelchair height.

Staff

Staff in the store are great. I visited in search of a particular item and asked for help. The member of staff was very helpful, told me they had the product, took me to its location, and passed the item to me to look at. The till area had a lowered counter and the sales assistant offered to put the item in my wheelchair bag.

Overall a great place if you're looking for kitchen and household things. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be a first choice when looking for kitchen items.
