Overview
Pretty good access & facilities at the venue except at the front
Transport & Parking
I didn't use parking, so I can't comment on that - but there are plenty of bus stops close by, so public transport is quite straight forward.
Access
To get into the building, they put a large ramp down the steepest side of the steps on the left, and a bouncer gives you the "oomph" to get up the ramp, as it's too steep to manually push up. Not sure how power chairs would fare. Once inside, there's a ramp down into the auditorium at the balcony level, you're seated to one side above the stage, with a good view of the action, and whoever is with you can sit or stand in the area also.
Toilets
The accessible toilet is right next to the disabled seating area, and a member of staff is available to open the door if you need them to. Handrails are in the right place, and there's just about enough room to turn, though it isn't the most spacious.
Staff
The staff were very friendly and helpful when I visited, even clearing a path when people were unwilling to move out of my way.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The venue asks that you email them in advance to let them know your requirements, and to check there is enough space available. I've always found them very prompt and helpful when I've emailed. The bar is up steps, so I got my friend to buy us drinks - not sure if staff could buy drinks for you if you ask. It might be good to check that in advance.
