An amazing school with great examples of how accessibility can be achieved.

Transport & Parking

Disabled parking is definitely 5 stars. There are also accessible drop off points in exactly the right places. Public transport: some local bus services pass by several hundred metres away, probably not the easiest to get to using public transport.

Access

From arriving at the school driveway access was just brilliant! The signage & footpaths were spot on, approach to school, entrance foyer and moving around the building all perfect. Access was easy and how it should be.

Toilets

Every type of accessible loo imaginable! 5 stars for the loos which were spotlessly clean had decent and colour contrast grab rails. A wide variety of aids & adaptations.

Staff

We were not there during normal operational hours - but the people that we did meet were helpful & friendly.

The visit left a lasting impression because of the design & layout of the building and the integrated approach to accessibility.
