Overall, a good experience.

Transport & Parking

A bit of a walk from the car park to the entrance but lots of space and several blue badge spaces.

Access

Good path from car park to entrance. Nice wide doors to get in. Plenty of space between tables in tea rooms.

Toilets

Disabled toilet in shop area. very clean and tidy.

Staff

Very helpful and friendly staff. I did the gin tour and Mum waited for me in the Tearooms. While I was gone the staff went out of their way to chat to mum about the distillery, the weather, what we'd been doing etc. Nice touch. A blind lady was doing the gin tour in my group and the tour leader made sure she was included, knew what was happening and gave more descriptive narrative as she couldn't see the pictures etc.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

I didn't do the distillery tour so don't know how accessible that would be, but the gin tour doesn't involve much moving about and you can be seated for the whole thing if you wish. Flat access to the gin cottage and comfortable seats, although a little low, but plenty of room to take in a wheelchair. A really enjoyable visit and fab light lunch.
