Overview
I always find this station easy to use, and I never find myself panicking unable to locate a platform or where I need to be. The addition of Platform 9 3/4 is a great touch!
Transport & Parking
I arrived here by train only, and directions were easy to find to reach the next platform. I have also arrived here by London Underground which was straightforward and clearly signposted.
Access
Nice wide spaces, lots of seating, good signage and bright environment. Some of the shops are little cramped and crowded, but the overall experience is good.
Toilets
I never used these, but again, very clearly signposted and easy to locate if required.
Staff
The staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.
