Overview
Accessible coffee shop in pedestrianised town centre. Spacious inside , plenty of outside seating available . Home baking , good coffee , and tasty fresh salad and snack menu. Plenty of vegan options. Staff friendly and helpful.
Transport & Parking
In pedestrianised area, but plenty of dedicated accessible parking spaces very near. Public bus top a few minutes away
Access
All on one level. Good signage as to COVID precautions
Toilets
One toilet. No signage as to whether it was accessible. Wasn’t able to fully assess, as the door was so heavy, I was unable to open it enough to gain access. It was very large , clean and roomy, and plenty of room for a wheelchair and a carer. Couldn’t access enough to see whether toilet had rails etc.
Staff
Friendly, helpful and welcoming. Moved furniture to allow me to access a table A bit slow to take my order, but order was quickly served
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Perspex screen at counter Hand sanitising station One way entrance and exit system Staff wore masks Contact details taken with order Plenty of spaces between seating areas Would definitely visit again, especially for the excellent coffee and homemade cheese scones!
