Overview
Friendly staff, almost all the building was accessible and they handled my disability related emergency extremely well.
Transport & Parking
There is a large car park although they have no dedicated disabled spaces and there isn't much access via public transport.
Access
A small ramp to gain access to the building, the whole right hand side of the building (as you go in) is accessible and there is only a small seating section that is placed up some steps making most of the left hand side accessible too. Both the chairs out front and the fenced off back garden space are easily accessible.
Toilets
This space is extremely large, the largest I have seen in this town which is great for manoeuvreability. However, while the cord is allowed to dangle freely to the floor there is only one next to the toilet, this meant that when I collapsed nearer the door when trying to exit I couldn't reach the cord to call for help and had to call for my carer from the table. When this happened however, the staff handed over their radar key and helped make sure I was okay while keeping the situation calm.
