Overview

Parking and toilets are not accessible, the actual premises are a little easier to access.

Transport & Parking

Two disabled spaces near the door, but there position near the drive through waiting bays meant that they are used by clients waiting for food. During our visit, staff regularly delivered food to those taking up the spaces and never once challenged them.

Access

If you can park to get into the building then it is quite easy to get into and move around.

Toilets

The toilets are behind a heavy door that would be difficult to get through in a wheelchair on your own. Once through, there is a sign on the disabled toilet door directing you to speak to a member of staff - back through the heavy door!!!

Staff

Staff spoken to were sympathetic about the parking situation.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Staff did not seem willing or capable of challenging those taking up the essential parking spaces.
