Overview

In the KFC Doncaster there are ramps for wheelchair users to access the venue. There is disabled toilets and changing facilities inside. The counter where you pay and receive your food was high and not wheelchair friendly. The tables have chairs that can not be moved so would be difficult for wheelchair users to sit at the table unless they sat in the aisle.

There is disabled parking spaces directly outside the main entrance. There is a bus stop directly outside the building.

Access

Disabled ramp at both entrances. Large double doors so spacious entrance and exit. Access to the tables may be difficult if the individual is in a wheelchair.

Toilets

accessible and spacious toilet although the doors to the toilet are heavy and the soap dispenser is high may be difficult if in a wheelchair.

Staff

Friendly and helpful staff got served quickly and efficiently.
