These are ruins, but a very popular tourist attraction, with pleasant gardens to view and many but occasional events are held here during the course of the twelve months that the castle is open for visitors. The castle has a long and interesting history, and we have found two websites we feel will give to a good overall account of the history of Kenilworth, and as they are both Brief but interesting, we invite you to check them out on the internet. www.English-heritage.org.uk/visit/places/Kenilworth castle www.English-heritage.org.uk/Kenilworth-castle
