Overall a good experience with helpful staff.

Transport & Parking

There are 88 car parking spaces but only 2 disabled car parking spaces, very poor. Also was a long distance from the car to the station so if you're not so fit then it may be difficult.

Access

There isn't a lot of drop down kerbs so it can be tricky to move around. There is an Induction loop available and Accessible ticket machines available. Also, Accessible booking office counters available and a ramp for train access available.

Toilets

No disabled toilets so can't comment.

Staff

I booked a wheelchair ramp 48 hours before but I was waiting outside the train station and my train came but there was still no ramp ready. The staff is useless and if it wasn't for the amazing Scotrail staff on the train then I would of be stranded.
