Not great for wheelchair users

Overview
Disappointing visit, won’t return. If you need a wheelchair accessible room book elsewhere.
Transport & Parking
The hotel has two disabled spaces which were both filled. They have several other outdoor spaces but these are not allocated disabled and as a result were also full. We were forced to park in a multi storey which only has step access so my partner pushed me down the ramps whilst trying to avoid oncoming traffic.
Access
We visited for a concert and the hotel was incredibly busy. There were queues blocking lift access. Despite advertising a disabled check in, the reception desks are located up steps with no ramp access. If you were a solo wheelchair visitor these are not accessible. There is a ramp to and from the front of the hotel and access through the hotel from the car park is wheelchair friendly although carpeted so self propelled wheelchair users might need assistance.
Toilets
Staff
The limited interaction with the staff was positive but there were too few to cope with the volume of guests.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The disabled room was small and tired. There was only a small double bed. The bathroom was ok in size but there was only a shower over the bath and no option for a wet room. It was also located next to the lift shafts which were very noisy all night long.
