Overview
Very spacious and offer great service to people with disabilities. They have good customer care service and loads of shops after the check in counter to entertain you as you wait for your flight.
Transport & Parking
The parking lot can be a bit overwhelming if you are new to the area. It is signed clearly the disabled packing lots, which are quite close to the entrance of the airport, but it may be a challenge to acquire a spot as most lots are fully packed.
Access
The signs clearly marked the disabled access, and where there were stairs/escalator, there was always an option too for a lift. It is moderately spacious though it might feel crowded to claustrophobic people. There are a lot of places to seat and rest. All the signage was in large print and could easily be read by most people.
Toilets
There is an accessible loo that is fully equipped with grab rails and spacious enough for a carer to help move in the room. It is also equipped with a bell that can notify the help if there was any struggle or problem that needed assistance. very clean and well maintained.
Staff
Staff were very polite when approached. There were a few that seemed to be in a bad mood, but most of them helped with the information we needed.
