Overview
I visit John Lewis a lot, and every time I go my experience is always positive. They have lovely and friendly staff to help you to get around and assist you in any way.
Transport & Parking
Parking and transport options are excellent at John Lewis. You have Liverpool One car park nearby and John Lewis car park attached to the second floor. Liverpool One bus station is behind the store and the nearest train station is only 5-10 minutes walk away (James Street Station).
Access
All floors are accessible via lifts or escalators. Three lifts go to each floor and these lifts are very spacious. Signage is quite high and could be slightly clearer, as they are easy to miss. There is limited seating availble in the store, but there is a cafe on the top floor with plenty of seating and helpful staff.
Toilets
The accessible toilet was a standard accessible toilet. Unfortunately, the lighting was very dim, which makes things difficult for people with visual impairments such as myself. The toilet also smelt and could have done with a bit of a clean. This is an accessible toilet but not an accessible changing space; there is no accessible changing space in this store.
Staff
The staff have always been nice and helpful, and happy to serve their customers.
