Easy to access on all levels . Wide aisles and easy to reach products.
Transport & Parking
Plenty of disabled parking either on ground floor or if you follow the signs for John Lewis and drive to the top floor you can enter at the 2 Nd level directly .
Access
Nothing to stop access to the store at all levels . 3 large lifts at the rear of the store and also a lift just outside the front of the store . Access to all levels .the restaurant is also accessible and step free. .
Toilets
There are clearly signed disabled access store at all of the toilets . No radar key required
Staff
Plenty of staff all very friendly and helpful
