Overview

This is an excellent all-inclusive hotel. Most of the hotel is accessible, although there are some defiencies for people who can only use a wheelchair. My rating tries to reflect the overall quality of the place, but also tries to reflect that it does have some imperfections for the disabaled. In normal circumstances I'd give it 5 stars. Unfortunatley there are, as far as I know, no rooms adapted for disabled guests.

Transport & Parking

We travelled by private transfer from Dalaman airport. There was no problem for a party of seven & a wheel chair. There is good public transport available from the hotel to the local towns. Fares are fixed price at two Lira (50p) one way - no problem taking a foldable wheelchair - but not suitable for those who are wheelchair bound. Rating is based on my own situation - as I do have some mobility.

Access

A bit of a mixed bag. Generally the resort is easily accessible by wheelchair, with ramps. However, although the main restaurant is easily accessed, there are three steps down to some of the seating areas, but there is adequate seating available on the level. One restaurant is only accessible by stairs. A major downside is that the lift to the first & second floors bedrooms is barely big enough to take a wheelchair.

Toilets

There is only one disabled toilet which is at reception. There are other toilets in the grounds, but only one is at ground level.

Staff

Can't fault the staff. Very friendly & very willing to help.
